How You’ll Earn

Rewards Summary

Univox takes a straightforward approach to payouts for completed surveys. Univox members receive anywhere between $.50 and $10.00 for a successfully completed survey. Payouts are based on survey length.

Redemption & Processing

As part of the Univox community, every contribution you make earns you reward points. There are more ways to earn than just taking paid surveys.

Every 100 points you earn has a cash value of $1. Once you earn 2500 points, you’ll be eligible for a $25 gift code. One thing that helps speed up the redemption process is the use of e-gift codes. Anybody that has experience requesting physical gift cards will tell you that process can easily take several weeks longer.

Issues

One downfall of the Univox program is that they do not offer PayPal as a cash out option. If you are an optimist, the company claims it has plans to add PayPal, but at the time of this writing it has yet to happen. Gift cards codes are nice, but sometimes there’s no substitute for straight cash.

Univox is certainly a top program that will round out any paid survey taker’s multi-program approach. The money can add up quickly, but don’t expect to cash out very quickly with Univox. You can get a much better value if you hold onto your points longer and not redeem them right away.

As part of a highly reputable market research group, Market Cube, you can expect solid customer service and professional surveys. You will need to be a little patient as you wait for survey invites. They will eventually come, albeit not as frequently as you may hope.

The good news is that the surveys themselves are interesting and have been optimized for smartphone screens with easy input options. The subject matter is often also about technology and future products that all of us would like to see as we navigate the future.

    Someone wrote they are a unique survey company. They really are, you do surveys free they keep the money. When you call and get hold of someone to talk to you can’t understand them, I ask for someone else and got put on hold with no one returning except a hour of music. I have done surveys since 2018. I was to receive my first pay reward. They have a excuse of their own not to pay you. False information about identity, misrepresent your location, multiple accounts with different usernames, you name it they have it and know what they are doing. Smart Survey Company, just don’t get hooked like me. Good buy to Unique Smart Univox.

    I recently started trying to make a little extra cash to help with household expenses and medical extras. Trying to save a little to put a roof on home this next summer that is in dire need. Unfortunately I am no longer able to work outside the home due to various chronic medical issues. I thought I would try these surveys to help generate a little extra. Sure wish I was still able to work outside our home. After contracting Ewing Sarcoma Stage3 which literally kicked my butt followed by other medical conditions I was no longer able to continue working in Nursing. I really like Univox and recently completed enough of their surveys to make $25 and a few cents over. I have contacted them twice via phone and email. The only response I have gotten back one time is that they will get back to me. I hope they will honor my request for payment. Waiting to see what they are going to do. I am a firm believer when a person puts their time and effort into completing a project they should be compensated.

    I have been locked out of my account which I have had for a few years. It is impossible to reach anyone to discuss the issue. They fail to return a call at a set time. It has been over 10 days since this problem was brought to their attention.
    Although I enjoyed the surveys, this total lack of concern for the customer shows that they do not value our time.
    I am disappointed.

    I was with them when they were Safecount Community. Then they were gone and never paid for surveys taken. I thought I’d give them a second chance with Univox. I guess I got close to cash out because one day I went to do a survey and my account my deactivated. They told me it was because they had no surveys in my area. They did NOT offer to pay for the surveys taken. This site is a scam.

    This site has gone down hill fast. I get dozens of surveys but can not qualify for them . They no longer pay 5 points for disqualifing. It is taking several month to get enough points to cash out and Paypal is only for people who have been on this site for many years.

    Waste of time. Need to provide a lot of very personal details to join incl. drivers licence details. No other survey site does this. Be careful.

    Univox does have plenty of surveys and they do pay well for them. However, claiming your reward is absolutely ridiculous. They take weeks and sometimes even months to give you your reward that you a have put so much time and effort in to. I am waiting on a $16 reward and then I will be canceling my account. I don’t find it fair to have to wait weeks or months for small amounts of money. I do not recommend Univox Community to anybody who actually wants to be compensated for their time.

    This survey site is one of the best out there. You only need 100 points to cash out to PayPal on Univox and the payment is INSTANT. No waiting days/weeks/ or even months to get paid. I have been a member for well over 5 years now and I make over $600.00 a year. This may not seem like much, but the extra cash comes in handy. I recommend this site to anyone who is looking for a good survey site. It is free to join and most surveys take less than 15 to 20 minutes to complete.

    i have been waiting for my reward for over a couple months. Every time I asked them they say they are having problems. This is ridiculous. I spend my time giving opinions and I have to wait extremely long for an answer.

    I think Univox is pretty kool. You have a good variety of surveys to choose from, they are really easy to do. Its easy to sign up. So just stop what you are doing and come tale a look and sign up for a little extra income.

    I like Univox and I find the surveys are easy, but I just don’t get enough. I get a lot that I don’t qualify for, but the ones I do get are easy and pay ok. I just want more!

    When I signed up with Univox I thought we would get more surveys to complete. The ones that I do receive for some reason I do not qualify more than half of the time. The few that I do qualify for seem to be quite legitimate and are enjoyable to complete.

    I earned a decent amount of money while I was member of Univox, but not as much as I should have. Univox is deceptive, corrupt company. This company consistently credits surveys improperly. I would routinely click a link for a survey worth a few dollars, take the whole survey and then only get credited $0.05. Or, I would get redirected to a different survey (without be informed) that was way long than quoted and for less money. When I brought this attention of their customer service they always told me, “you will receive credit on Monday” but I never did! Eventually, I got tired with this and filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Univox resolved my complaint (paid me an estimated amount for miscredited surveys) but then promptly canceled my account (which was not part of the agreement). I would not recommend this site as they basically lie about your compensation, their customer service is ineffective, and when you insist on getting paid what is due to you they cancel your account!

    I do like their surveys, when I can qualify to take one. They are clear, easy to understand, and fairly quick to do. The problem is my age. I’m so old that I don’t work any more, am partially deaf, wear thick glasses and don’t travel. Not many people want my opinion any more. Those that do, get quick, decisive, answers, because I have a lot of experience behind me.

    I really like this site because the surveys automatically load after you finish on. It saves times and you don’t have to run through a huge list. They also award you 5 points for ever survey that you don’t qualify for. Most of the time you do qualify. I have made some money on this site!

    I belong to dozens of survey sites and this one is, by far, the best of the bunch. I have never had a problem with being paid in the 2 years I’ve been with them I had a question one time and customer service answered it the same day. These folks are the among the best ones out there.

    I like IPSOS, but the other 2 have not seen fit to give me any surveys. I find that my advanced age is a severe detriment to getting surveys. Nobody wants my opinion any more. I am getting to do only about 50% of the surveys today, as opposed to the number I used to do only about 5 years ago. I still have opinions, and I like to express them when I’m allowed. The writing is a little more sophisticated than it was a few years ago, but they still assume everybody has a job, but I know there are a large number of retirees and house-bound wives and singles that like to do surveys, too. Thank you for what I do get, it keeps me interested a good portion of my long days.
