How can I earn with Fetch Rewards?
Fetch awards at least 25 points for each receipt, so the more receipts you have, the faster you’ll earn points.
Point values vary depending on how you redeem (see more on this below), but can be as high as $0.01 for 10 points.
Fetch has a variety of opportunities for you to earn including:
- Snap receipts, ANY receipt!
Points awarded instantly when you snap your receipts.
- Earn with “Offers”
Offers earn you extra cash back for purchasing specific items. Some current offers include 1,000 points when you buy 2 packages of Barilla pasta and 4,000 points when you spend $35 on Northern Toilet Paper.
- Earn with “Boosts”
Boosts reward you for purchasing specific brands like Sargento, M&M’s, Glad Trash Bags, Progresso, and Right Guard.
This is just a small sample of offers and boosts, and note that with both there may be a minimum number of products or amount spent to get the extra reward.
- Shop through FetchShop
If you are shopping online, go to the retailer’s site through Fetch to get cashback on your online purchase.
- Play Games
Fetch does offer a spot to download and play games to earn rewards. However, you’ll earn more for your time with other sites. Our guide to getting paid to play games is a good place to start if games are your thing.
- Join Fetch Clubs for Extra Rewards
Fetch has partnered with brands like General Mills to create Fetch Clubs where you can unlock members-only offers and earn more on club brands.
- Refer Others
Referring your friends to Fetch is a great way to make your friends happy. Plus, you can earn up to 3,000 points per referral. The rate varies depending on current promotions so be sure to confirm before you refer.

Is Fetch Rewards legitimate or a scam?
Fetch is a legitimate rewards app used by over 11 million consumers each week.
In 2024 Fetch secured $50 million in funding from Morgan Stanley so they should be around for a while.
Adding to their legitimacy, you can find detailed case studies on the Fetch website showing how Fetch works closely with top brands and retailers.
How do I redeem points and get paid with Fetch Rewards?
To redeem your points on Fetch, just log into your account and head over to the Rewards tab.
As mentioned above, there is no cash redemption, but you will find a wide array of gift cards from retailers like Amazon and specialty shops like Autoparts Zone.
Importantly, some cards will cost more points per dollar than others — so for example, a $10 Amazon card might cost you 12,500 points, but a $10 Barnes & Noble gift card might only cost 10,000 points.
Also, be sure to check the “Limited time deals” at the top of the redemption categories for point-saving redemption offers.
Gift cards are delivered electronically as soon as you redeem.
P.S. Learn more about cash vs gift cards for your rewards.
Does Fetch Rewards have good customer support?
Fetch has a comprehensive online help desk with a detailed knowledge base and how-to videos to make sure you know exactly how to use it.
They’ve also got frequently asked questions you can take a look at before you join.
What are the most common issues with Fetch Rewards?
Fetch is pretty narrowly focused on uploading receipts, so if you’re looking for a wide range of earning opportunities it may not be the best app for you.
By now you should also know that Fetch does NOT offer any cash redemption, so it’s definitely not the app for you if that’s how you’re looking to earn.
Fetch is also not the best option for “Get Paid To” side hustles like playing games, with lower earnings for your time than the alternatives.
What else do I need to know about Fetch Rewards?
If you’re on the move a lot, Fetch makes it easy to find nearby retailers and offers. Just click the “Nearby” icon at the top of the app to earn while you’re out and about.
Fetch frequently offers promotions, such as double points for one receipt per day, or bonuses for certain games. These are rotated over time, so check for them when you’re in the app.
And here’s a little bonus if you made it this far and plan to sign up: Use code FETCH 1000 to get 1000 points right away!
Closing Thoughts: Is Fetch Rewards right for me?
Fetch is among the best (if not THE best) receipt-based grocery savings apps out there.
You’ll automatically get rewarded for ALL of your qualifying purchases with no extra work, and you can earn even more with Offers and Boosts.
Fetch then lets you redeem your points for a wide range of gift cards from top retailers.
