The instant part of receiving gift cards is awesome! After that, the site fails. Support consists of canned messages. Anytime a survey or some offer is completed and not credited, myself and other members have also told me they submit a support ticket only to be met with the same canned message which is within their main guidelines page. If you try to reply and say anything to elaborate and explain yourself further they give you a passive aggressive remark that is worded in a way as if it is helpful, making it even worse. ‘Refusing to help you? How so? Please clarify.’ Upsetting. No effort is ever made to actually help, only to “handle” you. It’s set up so that if you get cheated out of credit, your out of luck. If you complain in chat, you get banned, you’re not allowed to mention other website, i mean any website. You’re not allowed to mention politics or complain in general, no swearing, certain words arent even allowed. You can’t talk about the outside world in general, who are these people? When i started the site there we’re a handful of members i saw in chat with the same basic name, family name i suppose, now gone. hmmm maybe they just changed their names. I also feel the site is family run and probably christian ( often narrow minded and intolerant to most people unknown or different to them in my experience and also the stupid situations I’ve had to endure on the site ) and just basically intolerant to accepting that humanity needs to be tolerant of others opinions and freedom of speech which is violated on this site by the way. Hence the banning from chat. If you mention anything that’s going wrong in any way you get banned. Well other members have a right to know if something is crediting. Not worth someone’s time. Ive quit the site because I’ve been ripped off of so much money ( points that i should’ve been awarded ) I should be reimbursed double what ive made over the time ive worked on the site. I’d noticed a few names in chat not appearing after a bit, here and there, and i wonder where is so and so? Well, either banned, quit or one first then the other lol

I have been very disappointed with them. I have watched the videos and have earned the rewards. But I have been unable to get said rewards. I have been very disappointed with this company and would not recommend them to anyone!
