I connected and started my participation in February ( its now April) experience severe network issues with my normal internet service, contacted them several times and no reply, i disconnected my equipment and network issues went away. I contacted them three different times during network issues with no reply, found the issue myself. Also had issued with no rewards for three months ( sorry about that they tell) and then no able to get “deserved” rewards unless I reconnect, which im not willing to risk my network connection without 100% guarantee from them to fix the issue ( no guarantee). just my story
