YouGov vs Toluna Influencers

On the odd chance that you have any issues with the Toluna paid survey program, you will find their customer service department to be top notch. They are super fast at responding to any inquiries and act quickly to resolve any and all issues, no matter how big or small.

Although there's no doubt about YouGov's reliability and their interesting surveys, survey invites are somewhat infrequent. Plus, they are fairly strict about their quota, and may not accept you based on your ZIP or other geographical factors.

In general, these aren't the biggest drawbacks, but there may be better options if you're looking for frequent invites.

There isn't too much not to like at Toluna, but one sticking point with the program is that your points will expire in six months after being awarded. This is to incentivize you to keep taking surveys, but if you don't stay on top of things you can miss on out on previously awarded points.
