Nicequest is known for its outstanding email support. Alternatively, they maintain an active Facebook page where you can have many of your questions or concerned answered quickly.

While there's a lot to like about this program, one drawback is the low amount of survey invites. While you may be lucky enough to qualify for high-paying focus groups or product reviews, on a day-to-day basis you will not get a lot of earning opportunities. This is partially due the fact that they have very discerning clients that seek detailed information.

You may also find some people claiming to have not been paid or paid very slowly. This is generally just people that are impatient or don't understand the process and should be ignored.

Although they do operate a terrific survey program overall, there is one significant negative to Nicequest. There's simply not enough surveys. Hopefully this will improve in the upcoming months as Nicequest expands its US operations.

Most users report receiving 1-3 surveys per month which really isn't enough to hardcore survey takers. If you're looking to rack up a ton of rewards quickly, you might want to look elsewhere.
