YouGov vs LifePoints

We've experienced nothing but good things with YouGov's customer service. Inquiries are answered quickly and politely. If you have missing points or your redemption is slow, you'll always hear back from them in a few hours.

My Survey also boasts of an excellent customer support team that not only responds to your queries quickly but does so in a most courteous manner. They also periodically come up with innovations like focus groups and product testing in their market research surveys to infuse greater variety into the process.

Although there's no doubt about YouGov's reliability and their interesting surveys, survey invites are somewhat infrequent. Plus, they are fairly strict about their quota, and may not accept you based on your ZIP or other geographical factors.

In general, these aren't the biggest drawbacks, but there may be better options if you're looking for frequent invites.

There isn’t too much not to like about LifePoints but there has been some minor feedback from users about getting disqualified for surveys. This is because of the demographics the company is looking for at any given time. If you find yourself getting disqualified from multiple surveys you might want to move on to another panel.
